Phil Pierce

Phil Pearce leads PBX Engineering's Integrated Systems business unit, overseeing the Automation, Systems Engineering, and Intelligent Transportation teams. His group delivers end-to-end technology solutions for complex infrastructure challenges, from variable speed limit systems and avalanche detection to SCADA systems and district energy automation.

Mr. Pierce is a technology professional with extensive experience in Integrated Systems.  His career highlights include eight years as Director of Technology, Communications, and Risk Management for an International Independent School Group, 11 years at FLIR Systems Canada as Director of Engineering, responsible for software engineering, software validation, technical / field support, deployment, and personnel associated with the organization’s flagship products: Cameleon (Advanced CCTV Control and Display Software), Cameleon ITS (Advanced Transportation Management Software), and Cameleon Tactical (Advanced Perimeter Intrusion Detection Software), and two years as a subsystem lead for Raytheon Systems Canada on two national Air Traffic Management projects.
